About the role
As Management Support with us, you provide support and support to different parts of the organization. Your everyday life will be varied and you will have many contacts both internally and externally.
Among other things, you will:
- Planning and booking conferences, travel, accommodation and facilities.
- Responsible for planning, coordination and administration around Coop Norrbotten's owner representative organization.
- Manage Coop Norrbotten's customer service email.
- Responsible for ordering/handling office supplies, handling the association's pool cars and parking permits.
- Provide support and assistance to the management and board.
- Produce materials and presentations for various types of meetings.
- Manage the process around our service heroes.
The role of management support is a broad role with a focus on support and support for the rest of the organization. You work with everything from booking conferences and ordering coffee to planning and coordinating Coop Norrbotten's association meeting.
Part of the role is the work with Coop Norrbotten's owner representative organization. Our owner representatives are elected representatives and those who have the right to vote at our general meeting. They are the link between our members, the stores and the management/board. This work includes continuous contact with owner representatives, planning owner representative meetings, ongoing administration and coordination/production of materials/presentations. Every two years, an owner representative election is held and as management support you manage the election process, which means, among other things, that you are the convener of the owner representative's election committee and work together with Coop Sweden and other associations around the entire process. You also contribute to the development of the owner representative organization.

Qualifications and experience
You have relevant experience in similar roles. It is meritorious if you have experience from service professions and the grocery industry. B-driving license is a requirement as the role will involve some travel within Norrbotten.
