We’re looking for someone who is positive, driven, and passionate about providing our customers with the best customer service in the industry. Customers in our stores should be greeted with high-quality products at great prices, culinary inspiration, and exciting events.

As a pastry chef with us, you’ll work in the bakery producing bread, cakes, pastries, and cookies, as well as arranging them attractively in our open display cases. You are the face of the store, and you’ll provide our customers with the best service in a professional manner while spreading joy and energy. To succeed in this role with us, we’re looking for someone who is ambitious, responsible, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is driven by new challenges. You’re a top-notch team player, and together we’ll exceed our customers’ expectations.

At Coop, there are opportunities for growth, such as taking on specific areas of responsibility including customer ambassador, ordering, quality assurance, and social media.

This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period and a work schedule of 30 hours per week. We’re open whenever our customers want to shop, so work hours may vary—day, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Experience and skills as a pastry chef are a plus
• Experience and skills in the service industry and/or retail sales are also a plus
