About the service As a store development project manager, you are responsible for managing all or parts of projects for remodeling or new construction of Coop stores. You will also run other types of projects such as concept development and identity changes. Other questions and other assignments also come from the store operation on an ongoing basis and are part of your everyday work. The role often works in close collaboration with both the store development project manager and the construction project manager, and you are responsible for projects and assignments that relate to everything from interior design and equipment to cooling, IT, security and construction and assembly. The focus will be on different types of remodeling projects and you will work throughout Norrbotten, where we currently have 43 stores and more in the works. A lot of overnight stays in other places occur, depending on where the projects are carried out. Your responsibility includes: - Plan, implement and evaluate completed projects - Coordinate internal and external resources - Carry out enquiry, negotiation and procurement of individual works, furnishings, equipment - Independently establish and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, contractors, municipalities and other stakeholders - Reporting of project status and goal achievement. - Carry out coordination meetings and document these The department consists of five people who work in the areas of construction and retail. The position is located at the service office in Luleå and you report to the Head of Store Development. Is this you? We are looking for you with a post-secondary education in the area and if you have experience in the grocery trade, it is seen as meritorious. You have experience in handling construction and installation technical issues and are used to being responsible for budgets in your projects. You are handy to be able to build shop furnishings yourself, demolish, measure and troubleshoot. As there is a lot of practical work when remodeling and building new stores, it is good if you have a good physique. We attach great importance to personal qualities! We are looking for someone who has a structured way of working and is able to handle many cases in parallel. You understand the importance of working according to established processes and have a very good ability to analyze, organize and plan. You are easy to communicate and can quickly and efficiently lay the foundation for successful collaboration in a new project group, through your way of leading and clarifying purpose and goals. You are also business-minded and always have the store customer in mind and the ongoing store operation in focus during your projects. The project department is a support office for store operations and the focus is on supporting and helping the stores because that is where Coop's customers are. As the role involves work with administrative tasks, we see it as a prerequisite that you have good computer skills, mainly in Office 365 Excel, Word and Powerpoint. If you have Auto Cad, that is a plus. B driving license is a requirement.
