We’re looking for someone who is positive, driven, and passionate about providing our customers with the best customer service in the industry. Customers in our stores should be greeted with great products at great prices, culinary inspiration, and exciting events.

As a sales associate, you’ll be the face of the store, professionally providing our customers with the best service while spreading joy and energy. To succeed in the role of sales associate with us, we look for someone who is ambitious, responsible, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is driven by new challenges. You’re a top-notch team player, and together we exceed our customers’ expectations.

The work is varied and includes all types of tasks found in a store, such as restocking, sales, and working the register. At Coop, there are opportunities for growth, such as taking on specific areas of responsibility including customer ambassador, ordering, quality assurance, and social media.

This is a permanent position for 32 hours per week. We’re open whenever our customers want to shop, so work schedules may vary—day, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Experience and skills in retail sales are a plus
• Experience and skills in service-oriented professions are a plus
• Multilingualism and experience with or interest in different cultures are a plus

It is important that you have a genuine interest in food, customer service, and sales. You enjoy working in a team and help create a positive work environment. Furthermore, you enjoy working at a fast pace and can handle stressful situations.
