As a sales associate, you’re the face of the store, and you’ll professionally provide our customers with the best service while spreading joy and energy. To succeed as a sales associate with us, we look for someone who is ambitious, responsible, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is driven by new challenges. You’re a team player, and together we exceed our customers’ expectations.

The work is varied and includes all the different types of tasks found in a store, such as restocking, sales, and working the register. Experience in the deli department is a plus, as the position involves placing orders in that area, and you will also be staffing our manual meat and deli counter.

At Coop, there are opportunities for growth, such as taking on your own areas of responsibility, including roles like customer ambassador, quality assurance, and social media.

We’re open whenever our customers want to shop, so work hours may vary—day, evening, and weekend shifts. This is a permanent position for 33 hours per week.

• Experience and expertise in retail sales are a plus

• Multilingual skills and experience with or interest in different cultures are a plus
