As a sales manager, you are the face of the store and in a professional way you give our customers the best service while spreading joy and energy. You are responsible for sales and service within your area of ​​responsibility, which is dairy and delicatessen. The most central part of the role is to lead and coach the salespeople in the daily work so that all parts of the store give an attractive impression to the customer. You will also be part of the store's on-call team. Your work includes: • Lead the sales work within the area of ​​responsibility • Create a sales-inspiring environment in the store • Ensuring the daily operation – staffing, supply of goods, price control, etc • Follow up the development of sales, budget and margins • Initiate, lead and drive various initiatives to improve profitability and results • Work actively with physical destruction and wastage • Responsible for ongoing personnel work such as division of labor, skills development, introduction of new employees, following routines and regulations, etc. • Actively contribute to compliance with Coop's sustainability policy The position is for the time being 30 hours/week. We are open when our customers want to shop and this can mean work even in the evenings and weekends.
