The role as supermarket manager As a supermarket manager, you are the natural leader who shows the way forward and coaches your team of department managers. You will, among other things, work with customer satisfaction, sales, operations, results, staff and change work in the store. Customer service and sales are at the heart of our business. The Supermarket Manager is a key person in this work, responsible for the budget, business plan and sales activities.
