The role of Interim Sales Manager
In the role of Sales Manager, you have a main responsibility for, among other things, operations, sales, staffing and change work for the online business. We have high and challenging goals for the future and are looking for you who have a great drive and want to be involved in influencing the store's results. It is important that you are motivated by taking full responsibility for your workforce, which currently consists of about 16 employees. And it is precisely through your leadership that you create the conditions for your employees to succeed in their role.
You are also responsible for creating a good and selling environment for your department, distributing daily operations, participating in management meetings as you are part of the store's management team and actively working on improvements.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are a natural leader, work with a good structure and take great overall responsibility for your department. You have documented good results and experience of working with sales in retail and that you are a role model in terms of customer care. Keeping many balls in the air at the same time and having the ability to plan the day well, are important qualities. We believe that you have previous experience of leading staff groups. Furthermore, it is meritorious if you have knowledge of scheduling, Quinyx, HR+ and Qlik Sense.
We believe that you are a creative person who is driven by creating a good culture among your employees where everyone feels involved. You dare to think differently and test new solutions and find it easy to get others on board towards the same goal. Perhaps most importantly, you understand and like people and have a big heart.
