In the Skills and Recruitment department, we are now looking for a new colleague who will help ensure the Eidsiva Group's future competence needs.
We are looking for a senior advisor who gets a lot of energy from driving recruitment processes from A to Z, and from optimizing the way we work with skills and recruitment. The role offers a high degree of freedom and the opportunity to influence, develop and drive important processes forward. You will have particular responsibility for ensuring that we have professionally strong and efficient recruitment processes - and contribute to us being an attractive workplace.
The department consists of five committed colleagues in Hamar and Oslo. We work both strategically and operationally with recruitment, competence and employer branding, and are close to the Group's various business areas to understand needs and create added value. We are part of the Organization and HR unit - a large and competent professional environment where we learn from each other and collaborate across departments. We spar, support and challenge each other, and it's easy to have good conversations - whether the need is for input, idea testing or a good coffee break.
The place of work will be at our beautiful head office in Hamar, with some travel to our offices in Innlandet and Oslo.
The most important tasks that await you
As a senior advisor, you will work both strategically and operationally with recruitment and competence. You:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies in line with company needs.
Advise and support managers on skills needs, recruitment methodology and interview techniques.
Execute recruitment processes from A to Z, especially for management and specialist roles.
Uses digital tools and conducts active search and outreach with relevant candidates when needed.
Ensures great candidate experiences through clear communication, feedback and a professional process from start to finish.
Uses data and insights to improve processes, and follows developments in the labor market, including developing an active network in the industries Eidsiva operates in.
Contributes to employer branding and visibility of Eidsiva as an attractive workplace.

Do you have a bachelor's or master's degree in something relevant, perhaps organizational psychology, HR, strategy or economics?
You have worked with recruitment from A to Z for several years, and preferably have experience of recruiting engineers, technologists and senior management roles.
