A prerequisite for and a foundation in this is that we have HR core processes that work smoothly in the interaction between the organization's needs, the professional environment in HR and our HR system, and now we are looking for a new head of HR core processes.

Are you an experienced HR manager with strong professional dedication and solid expertise in HR core processes? We are looking for someone who combines strategic understanding with operational execution ability. You will have personnel responsibility for a competent HR team, and you will be one of the group's specialists within the HR processes. You will get to work on exciting issues within individual and collective employment law, pensions, data-driven analysis and reporting, negotiations, discussions, improvement and digitization of processes, collaboration with employee representatives, managers and employees at all levels of the organization. In addition, you will have specific responsibility for delivering HR services to the parent company's managers and employees in collaboration with others in the team.

The position reports to the Executive Vice President Organization and HR, and you will be part of her management team consisting of Head of Competence and Recruitment, Head of Learning and Development and the HR managers for the subsidiaries Elvia, Eidsiva Bioenergy and Eidsiva Digital.

The workplace will be at our beautiful head office in Hamar, with some travel to our offices in Innlandet and Oslo.

The most important tasks that await you:

  • Lead and develop the team with professional and operational weight

  • Ensure quality and compliance in HR core processes, including analysis and reporting

  • Contribute to the further development and automation of HR core processes in both the ERP system and using new technology

  • Ensure good HR deliveries to the parent company through the partner model

  • Be part of the Group's expert environment on labor law and tariff issues etc.

    • Have a higher education in HR, law, economics or equivalent

    • Have broad experience from various HR domains, but have a particular commitment to HR core processes, and are able to see these in a holistic business perspective

    • Have good system and process understanding and experience with HR systems and HR analysis

    • Have in-depth knowledge of labor law, individual and collective labor law and HR processes, preferably from the private sector

    • Has leadership experience and thrives on developing both people and subjects

    • Has experience with cooperation, discussions and negotiations with employee representatives

    • Communicates clearly and confidence-building - both in writing and orally

    • Is structured, analytical and confident in the role of advisor
