You will be a key person in one of our most important sales channels. It's all about understanding the customer's needs, giving advice that creates value and contributing to solutions that make customers stay with us. You'll have a big impact on the customer journey and actively contribute to upselling tailored solutions. Together, we ensure that the customer can be close to the moments through the internet and TV.

Answer incoming inquiries by phone, email and chat
Discover customer needs and contribute to good customer experiences
Up-sell and cross-sell products and services
Contribute to customer retention through good dialogue and problem solving
Manage outbound customer advice and sales
