The position is newly created and is part of our security team that delivers and further develops services such as EDR, MDR, firewall and identity protection. Here you will be a bridge builder between technology and people, with responsibility for technical communication with customers and precise deliveries in collaboration with the SOC and product team.
The workplace is the head office in Lillehammer. It is possible to work from Oslo by agreement, but you must expect regular trips to Lillehammer. Some of your most important responsibilities:
Implement and operate security solutions such as EDR, MDR, firewall and identity protection.
Ensure precise and stable deliveries in collaboration with the SOC and product team.
Have a technical dialogue with customers and make complex solutions understandable in practice.
Perform error handling, change assignments and participate in technical work meetings.
Contribute to solution design and improvement work to develop our security services.
