At Eidsiva Vekst, we work to develop new renewable energy projects that ensure a secure energy supply and contribute to the green transition in Norway. As a wind power project developer, you will play a key role in identifying and maturing projects that are important for society, people and the climate. With us, you get to use your expertise in meaningful development processes that lay the foundation for tomorrow's energy system.
As a wind power project developer, you lead the early phase work from Idea and landowner dialogue to structured development processes and interdisciplinary assessments. You will coordinate technical, environmental, spatial and commercial teams and ensure that our projects have a solid basis for decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with the licensing manager when the projects progress towards a license application, and you will have an important position in dialogue with landowners, municipalities, local communities and authorities.
Your place of work is in Inland Norway, preferably in Hamar, where you will be part of a competent and collaborative professional environment with a range of renewables expertise. The role requires you to be close to the projects, and therefore you must be present in Inland Norway and travel to the areas where the development is taking place. Part of the dialog with local communities and landowners takes place in the evenings, and you must enjoy meeting people where they are. With us, you'll meet colleagues who share knowledge, challenge each other and build an inspiring and innovative competence environment that allows for both personal and professional development.
