Eidsiva Vekst is working to develop new solutions that bring us faster into an emission-free future. We develop services that electrify industry and transport, and work to increase the production of renewable power. One of our divisions, Peak Shaper, delivers energy-as-a-service through battery, charging and solar technology that helps cover power peaks and can reduce the need for costly grid expansion.

As Head of Sales at Peak Shaper, you will play a key role in realizing this ambition. You will be a driving force in establishing and scaling our new investment in Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS), a solution that contributes to green transition, increased competitiveness and social preparedness.

You will be responsible for further developing and managing the sales strategy for Peak Shaper and will set the direction, build structure and ensure progress throughout the sales process. The role gives you great influence on how we succeed with EaaS and growth in the power segment. You will lead key customer meetings, negotiations and relationship building with key customers, while developing sales tools and processes that make us scalable.

Your place of work will be Hamar or Oslo, and you must expect some travel in the job to follow up customers and partners. The most important tasks that await you:

  • Lead and further develop the sales strategy for Peak Shaper, with responsibility for defining goals, prioritizing activities and ensuring progress throughout the sales process.

  • Develop and manage a structured and scalable sales process, including pipeline management, lead qualification and handover to project delivery.

  • Develop and improve sales tools, processes and proposal materials in collaboration with technical resources and professional communities, and ensure good use of CRM.

  • Lead key account meetings and negotiations, build strong relationships with key accounts and follow up on priority accounts throughout the sales process.

  • Ensure delivery on sales, margin and volume ambitions, including profitability and the right risk profile in deals, as well as reporting and forecasting.

  • Contribute to the development of EaaS concepts, pricing models and standardized solutions, and be an active team player in a fast-paced environment.

Who are you?

  • Solid experience in strategic and technical sales, preferably from the energy industry

  • Competence in complex sales management, CRM and structured pipeline management

  • Experience with complex customer dialogues and negotiations with high strategic value

  • Good knowledge of the power system, preferably from the production side of solar, wind or hydropower

  • Leadership experience and ability to build culture in teams

  • Higher relevant education in economics, technology or equivalent
