Would you like to lead critical projects in the regional grid and help develop some of our most important technical teams?
The power grid is essential for society to function—every single day. In the years ahead, we will upgrade and expand a regional grid that can handle more, deliver more, and meet the growing demands of the society around us. Elvia will invest approximately 11 billion kroner to maintain and increase the grid’s capacity. We are now seeking two team leaders for RN Station 1 and RN Station 2. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team with highly specialized expertise, where the collective professional knowledge of the employees is crucial to our success.
As a team leader at RN Station, you will be part of the Internal Operations department, which has approximately 240 employees working on operations, maintenance, emergency preparedness, and grid expansion. You’ll have the opportunity to develop both yourself and your team members, work collaboratively, and help ensure that Elvia is ready when Statnett is ready. RN Stations 1 and 2 currently consist of 44 professionals with cutting-edge expertise in various areas of the regional grid. You will lead a team of approximately 20 employees and, together with the rest of the Regional Grid stations in the south, ensure that we meet our goals and uphold our values, and that our customers are connected in their daily lives.
The positions are based in our licensed service area, one in the Oslo area and one in Hamar. You’ll be part of an inclusive, knowledge-driven environment where we collaborate across disciplines and locations to ensure high-quality, reliable service delivery.
