About the Role

We are currently seeking an operations technician for our shift-based team.

As an operations technician, you’ll be part of a team of 11 colleagues who work together to ensure that our heating and electricity production facilities operate safely, reliably, and efficiently, 24 hours a day.

The work is varied and involves both monitoring from the control room and hands-on work out in the facility. You’ll monitor operations, handle deviations, and help ensure our customers receive a safe and stable energy supply.

Job Responsibilities

The job includes, among other things:

• Control and monitoring of the facilities
• Inspection and patrols
• Sampling
• Loading fuel with a loader
• Taking meter readings and providing ongoing reports
• Recording and tracking data in the maintenance system
• Simple corrective and preventive maintenance

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and solution-oriented. You enjoy collaborating with others while also being comfortable taking personal responsibility.

You have a genuine interest in technology, energy, and problem-solving, and you enjoy work that combines theory with hands-on tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma and/or relevant work experience, preferably in energy, process, machinery, engineering, or operations and maintenance
• Spoken and written Swedish
• Class B driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an operations or maintenance technician in the energy industry
• Experience with maintenance systems, such as IDUS
