We have produced and distributed our own energy for over 40 years and today supply district heating to private individuals and companies in Gällivare, Malmberget and Koskullskulle. We are close to our customers and offer genuine security and high availability through simple contact.

About the role

Gällivare Energi is investing in the future and we are now strengthening our production department with more services.

You will be part of a team of 11 shift-working operating technicians and will mainly work with monitoring and control of our production facilities for heat and electricity. The work includes, among other things, inspection rounds, sampling, loading of fuel with a loader, readings, reporting in maintenance systems and simpler remedial and preventive maintenance.

Your skills

You are a careful and responsible person with good teamwork skills and you have a positive attitude towards your fellow human beings and your profession.

You are interested in technology and energy and we believe that you have a post-secondary or vocational education with a focus on energy, process, machine or operation and maintenance. Experience of working as an operations or maintenance technician in the energy industry is desirable, as is experience of working with maintenance systems such as IDUS IS...

We attach great importance to you having a clear work environment and safety mindset, working systematically and solution-oriented.

A mastery of Swedish in speech and in writing is a requirement and a B driving license as well. We strive for diversity in all its aspects and see it as a strength with different backgrounds, perspectives and experiences.
