Myrans preschool is located in beautiful Koskullskulle or as we say Kullen. The preschool consists of four departments, of which three departments are divided into ages 1-4 years and a five-year department all in newly renovated premises. The outdoor area has a nice barbecue hut, brand new play equipment and the forest is just outside the fence.

Work tasks

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for teaching situations with the preschool curriculum - Lpfö as a basis. Planning, implementation and reflection together with the team, cooperation between all departments is important. The children should be given new challenges and receive support and stimulation in their social development. These two preschool teacher positions are in 1-4 year departments.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained and licensed preschool teachers.

We are looking for you who want to be involved in developing our exciting business. It is important:

• that you are well acquainted with our governing documents
• that you are a clear leader, independent, responsible and easy to take your own initiatives
  that you are positive and have faith in the children's competencies
• that you are interested in using digital tools (computer, camera, dictaphone)
• that you are concerned about trusting relationships with children and parents and that you have good collaboration skills
• that you use educational conversations and educational documentation in your work
• that you are interested in developing the preschool and, among other things, the learning environments

We attach great importance to personal suitability. Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
