About the Position

At Dundret Gällivare Fjällanläggning AB, you’ll be an important part of a small and dedicated team. The role of administrator is broad and varied, with responsibilities including administration, reception, the kitchen, and ski rental—a perfect position for someone who enjoys interacting with many people and handling a variety of tasks. With us, you’ll have a rewarding job in a fantastic mountain setting where you’ll have the opportunity to help create memorable experiences for our guests!

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma or an education that the employer considers equivalent. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have good computer skills; experience working in R360m and prior experience with financial management/invoicing are a plus. Strong proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written) is essential, as you will be working with systems, documents, emails, and customers. We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service and administration, preferably with a background in reservations or rental operations.  As a person, you are service-oriented, sociable, responsible, and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage your work efficiently. You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and enjoy contributing to both the guests’ experience and the team’s sense of community. 

A Class B driver’s license is required.

Work Hours/Duration

Temporary position, 100%. August 24, 2026 – December 31, 2028. Irregular working hours

Salary

Monthly salary; no overtime pay. We use individual salary determination—please include your salary expectations in your application
