Business description
The social administration consists of a department for care and social care (especially housing for the elderly), a department for disabilities, a department for home care and the Assistance Unit.
We are currently expanding the administration's management support organization with two operational administrators who will work in close collaboration with the unit managers with personnel planning and staffing.
Job duties
As a business-related administrator, you support the unit managers in the department and work in close collaboration with them. You are responsible for managing the day-to-day personnel planning within the business as well as the daily and long-term recruitment and receive and handle the sick-health notification of regular employees as well as substitutes.
Your duties also involve handling other administrative tasks such as ordering unit-specific authorizations/logins and certain schedule work that is close to the business. You will work with several different systems, for example; Timecare pool, Visma personnel system and Timecare planning etc.
There are contacts with other authorities, e.g. the Swedish Migration Agency and the Swedish Tax Agency.
Qualifications
You have at least a high school education in administration or other education that the employer deems appropriate. You also have good computer skills. It is advantageous if you have previous experience from working with personnel planning. As a person, you are committed and thorough and have the ability to communicate and collaborate, internally and externally.
Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is meritorious when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
