Verksamhetsbeskrivning

Hemvården consists of seven units: Norra, Södra, Nära, Östra, Stödenheten, Nattenheten and Resursenheten. All units, except the rural units, are co-located on Upplagsvägen together with home care nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists.

Through individually needs-assessed efforts, we strengthen the individual's ability to cope with their everyday lives and enable continued living in a safe and familiar environment.

Work tasks

As a junior nurse in Home Care Near, you perform efforts in the form of service and personal care in the user's home. We work on the basis of security and quality where the goal is satisfied users.

The work includes planning, implementation, follow-up and documentation of efforts according to the quality goals of the business. You work closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best possible care. The assignment also includes ombudsman roles within the team.

Computer and mobile phone are used as work tools so you should have good digital skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a nursing education or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You should have good cooperation skills, be positive, flexible and give a good treatment to both users, their relatives and to your colleagues. You must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in the Swedish language and have good digital skills.

Strong emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of any of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.

Driving license is a requirement.

Working hours/Duration

Full-time employment 100%. Working days/evenings/weekends
