Business description
Home care consists of seven units: North, South, Near, East, Support Unit, Night Unit and Resource Unit. All units, except the rural units, are co-located on Upplagsvägen together with home care nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists.
Through individually needs-assessed efforts, we strengthen the individual's ability to cope with their everyday life and enable continued living in a safe and familiar environment.
Work tasks
As a junior nurse / nursing assistant in Home Care East, you perform efforts in the form of service and personal care to the user in his own home. We work based on quality and security for the users. The goal is satisfied users, where their needs are the basis for the performance of efforts. You also have the role of contact person where you ensure the user's participation in their implementation plan. Documentation is an important part of your duties. In the business we use bla. Pulsen Combine, TES, DF response. In Home Care East with location in Dokkas, there is some mobility also to the villages Ullatti and Hakkas.
Qualifications
Nurse education or other education that is considered equivalent. We are looking for you who are easy to work with, positive and flexible. You see the importance of good communication and have a good attitude to the users, their relatives and your colleagues. Computers and cell phones are used as work tools, so you should have good digital skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
Driving license is a requirement.
