Description of activities

At Älvgården Demens there are 33 people living on 4 wards. Tallbacken and Skogsbacken are on floor 2 and Duvkullan and Björkdungen are on floor 5.

Arbetsuppgifter

As an assistant nurse/care assistant, you have a central role in the care and care around the residents based on your role as a contact person. The work is based on the individual's needs and the implementation plan, as well as on the guidelines and goals of the business. Your tasks consist of supporting and helping residents with what they cannot do themselves, such as hygiene, medicine, dressing/undressing and socializing. Your work is important for the residents to have a good and safe life. The assignment also includes administrative tasks such as documentation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have education, experience or interest in working in health and care, have a positive outlook on life, are flexible and responsible. It is important to be able to cooperate, see the user, be flexible and take responsibility.You must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in the Swedish language. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.

Hours of work/duration

Full-time permanent position with day, evening and weekend work.

Salary

Monthly salary according to contract.
