The home care service's visiting efforts in the user's ordinary housing are continuously increasing and therefore we are looking for qualified staff for our team. The home care service performs individually needs-tested efforts in the form of personal care and service in ordinary housing. The efforts should strengthen the individual's ability to manage themselves and enable the individual to remain at home with a good quality of life. Gällivare municipality's home care service consists of 7 units under the Home Care department: Norra, Södra, Nära, Östra, Stödenheten, Natten and Resurs. All home care units have a common group room in central Gällivare. Other professionals such as nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists from home care and rehab also work here. This unique gathering place for Home Care as a whole enables closer cooperation and personal skills and business development. Hemtjänsten Södra is a positive and happy team, here we have our users in focus and attach great importance to visiting efforts being carried out with high quality. Tasks
We are looking for staff who are happy to provide professional services to our users, give them joy, security in the home and be a responsive contact person. Your work tasks involve efforts in the form of service and personal care in the individual's home based on the quality goals that the business has, where planning, follow-up, evaluation and cooperation are important elements. The assignment also includes administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling and agent roles linked to various work areas.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have an assistant nurse education, completed a 3-year nursing program or other education that the employer considers equivalent. We are looking for you who have experience or interest in working in home care, have a positive outlook on life and are flexible and careful. You should be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in the Swedish language. Knowledge of one of the minority languages Meänkieli, Finnish or Sami is an advantage. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. Under the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
Driving license B is a requirement
