Business description

Home care consists of seven units: North, South, Near, East, Support Unit, Night Unit and Resource Unit. All units, except the rural units, are co-located on Upplagsvägen together with home care nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists. Through individually assessed needs, we strengthen the individual's ability to cope with their everyday life and enable continued living in a safe and familiar environment.

Work tasks

As a junior nurse in Home Care Near, you perform efforts in the form of service and personal care in the user's home. We work on the basis of security and quality where the goal is satisfied users.

The work includes planning, implementation, follow-up and documentation of interventions according to the organization's quality goals. You work closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best possible care. The role also includes advocacy roles within the team. Computer and mobile phone are used as work tools. In the business we use bla. Pulsen Combine, TES, Skyresponse, DF response.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a nursing education or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You should have good cooperation skills, be positive, flexible and give a good treatment to both users, their relatives and to your colleagues. You must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in the Swedish language and have good digital skills. Under the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of any of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.

Driving license is a requirement.

Working hours/Duration

Full-time employment 100%. Duty day/evening/weekend Probationary period may apply.
