The health care service is organized in a joint Department for Home Care, which is responsible for interventions carried out by nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists in both ordinary and special accommodation. Job duties

As a registered nurse in the afternoon, you and a colleague are responsible for health care interventions in care and long-term care homes and ordinary living. The assignment includes coordinating good care and care where you are part of the team work around the individual and their relatives. The assignment also includes supervision of the work team. You will work together with a colleague in the afternoon but are part of a larger team of a total of 25 nurses. In the afternoon, you and your colleague start from the same premises at the start of the shift. Most of the work tasks are urgent interventions that you receive by phone from health and social care staff, some planned interventions exist but are limited

Qualifications

we are looking for you who is a licensed nurse, meritorious if you have further education that is suitable for the assignment. Working independently and being able to cooperate with other staff within the work team and an interest in developing the business are important to us. You must also be solution-focused and able to see the overall perspective. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Working hours/Duration

Until further notice. Gällivare Municipality offers shortened working hours to all nurses employed on a permanent basis within the Social Administration. Schedules are set up in agreement with the business. When you work in the afternoon, you mostly work every two weeks.
