Description of activities

The Department of Disability is part of the Social Administration. Personal assistance is a right that enables people with severe disabilities to live as independent a life as possible. The support should always be personally designed and the user has the right to choose who should be one's assistant, it is a fundamental part of the principle of self-determination in LSS.

Work tasks

We are looking for an assistant to a male user.

You who are looking should be calm, safe and responsive to the user's needs and good at working independently. Being a personal assistant means a varied job with versatile tasks that are adapted and designed together with the individual. The tasks are governed by the individual's needs and the working hours are spread throughout the year. The workplace is located in central Gällivare.

Qualifications

Experience in the care profession is an advantage. As a person, you should be flexible, master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. It is an advantage if you have experience of working in health and social care, personal assistance or other experience that can be considered equivalent. Great advantage if you can communicate with Bliss.

Strong emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours / Duration

Full-time, until further notice with 6 months probation.

Working hours: shift work

Salary

Monthly salary. Individual salary setting is applied. Salary claims are stated.
