Business description

The home service carries out individually needs-tested interventions in the form of service and personal care in ordinary housing. The efforts must strengthen the individual's ability to cope on his own and make it possible for the individual to remain at home.

Job duties

As a nurse and permanent care contact, you perform interventions in the form of service and personal care in the individual's home based on the implementation plan and the quality goals that the business has, where planning, follow-up and evaluation are important elements. You cater to the individual's needs and participation in drawing up the implementation plan.

Qualifications

Three-year nursing program, assistant nurse training or other training deemed equivalent. We are looking for someone who is easy to work with, is positive, is flexible and sees the importance of good communication and a good attitude towards both users and their relatives as well as co-workers. You must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in the Swedish language. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Driving license is a requirement.
