Enen is a nursing home in central Gällivare. Enen has 48 accommodation places which are divided into four departments. In each department there are 12 accommodation places with ten staff. This advertisement refers to employment in the Norrskenet department.
Job duties
As a nurse in a nursing home, you are the spider in the web in the work of ensuring a good quality of life for our residents based on their individual needs. Your work follows the laws that govern the business, objectives and guidelines, current decisions and plans. Administrative tasks such as documentation and scheduling are included in the assignment. Representative roles linked to different work areas are also included in the work.
Qualifications
Three-year nursing program, assistant nursing education or other education/experience deemed equivalent. Work experience in the field as well as leadership qualities are meritorious.
We are looking for someone who is meticulous and responsible in their work and who has high ambitions with the care and concern of our elderly. You find it easy to collaborate with others and can work independently. You can express yourself well in the Swedish language both in speech and in writing.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is meritorious when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
