Business description
Tjautjas skola is a F-3 school located in the middle of the village Tjautjasjaure, about 3 miles, or 30 minutes from the town of Gällivare. The school's teaching is conducted in B -form as the number of students is small. The atmosphere at the school is characterized by care and closeness and the work is always done with the students' best interests in mind. The school has a calm and safe atmosphere. We place great emphasis on educational development and in the coming academic year, participation, collaboration and quality development are in focus in our development work.
Work tasks
The main tasks consist of teaching, planning and mapping in the preschool class. You will collaborate with other educators. You manage the daily contact with students, colleagues and guardians. You will actively participate in the school's joint development work together with colleagues in and outside your own school. You will also participate in teaching at the after-school center.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher or teacher for grades f-3. You need to have knowledge to handle computer and technology in your daily work. You should be responsible, clear and driven and have easy to create good relationships with students, guardians and colleagues. Commitment, innovation, interest and ability to cooperate are qualities that the school values. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
Extracts from the police criminal record are a requirement before employment.
