Regnbågens preschool is now looking for two preschool teachers.

Regnbågen is a preschool with six departments, one of which is a minority language department. The preschool is beautifully situated by the Vassara River with a view of Dundret. Working in the preschool is a challenging, exciting and creative job in close cooperation with colleagues in teams. In the preschool, we meet the children in their first education and lay the foundation for lifelong learning and there you as a preschool teacher are important.

Work tasks

As a preschool teacher with us, your main tasks will be:

• Plan, implement and evaluate the teaching that promotes the children's development towards the curriculum goals.
• Support each child in their individual learning process and create a safe and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and other professionals to create the best possible conditions for each child's learning.
• Participate in the development work of the business and contribute to realizing our common vision

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained and licensed preschool teachers. As a preschool teacher, you should be responsible and have a clear leadership in the group of children, you have an easy time creating good relationships with children, guardians and colleagues. Commitment, solution focus, flexibility, innovation and a strong ability to collaborate are qualities we value highly in our work. Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish under the National Minority Languages Act. Knowledge of any of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
