Myranskolan is an elementary school with about 150 students from preschool class to grade 6. Myranskolan is located in the middle of Koskullskulle, 10 minutes from the center of Gällivare with nature around the corner.

Tasks

As a student assistant, you work closely with students. You collaborate with the teachers in the school and after-school program and others in the team to create a safe and stimulating learning environment. This means that you are involved in planning and adapting the student's school day, working in collaboration with teachers, guardians, student health and leisure staff to meet the student's needs, stimulate the student's development, learning and independence.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with upper secondary school qualifications. As a person, you have a present and responsive approach to the different needs of students, are a clear leader and have good collaboration skills. You are independent, responsible and able to take initiative. We pay great attention to personal suitability. An extract from the police criminal record is a requirement before employment. Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of any of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
