Job Responsibilities
As a registered nurse working afternoon/night shifts in the Health and Medical Care Organization, you and a colleague will be responsible for health and medical care services in nursing homes and ordinary housing. The role involves coordinating high-quality care and support, where you’ll be part of a team working with the individual and their family. The role also includes providing guidance within the work team. You will work alongside a colleague in the afternoon but are part of a larger group of approximately 30 nurses.
In the afternoon, you and a colleague will start your shift from the same location, where you will plan your work before heading out to provide care. Most of the tasks involve emergency responses requested by phone from healthcare and social services staff, but some scheduled visits are also included.

We are looking for a licensed nurse; additional training relevant to the position or experience in similar work is a plus.
