Tjautjas skola is a F-3 school located in the middle of the village Tjautjasjaure, about 3 miles, or 30 minutes from the town of Gällivare. The school's teaching is conducted in B -form as the number of students is small. The atmosphere at the school is characterized by care and closeness and the work is always done with the students' best interests in mind. The school has a calm and safe atmosphere. We place great emphasis on educational development and in the coming academic year, participation, collaboration and quality development are the focus of our development work.

Tasks

You will assist a student or a group of students who may have different needs, physical or social needs. You are together with the educator in the classroom and there you help so that all students reach the goals.

You will also be at the after-school center, at the opening and / or after school.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have an upper secondary education or other education that the employer considers equivalent. As a person, you should have a present and responsive approach to the different needs of students, be a clear leader and have good collaboration skills. You are independent, responsible and able to take initiative. We develop our work through pedagogical conversations and collegial learning and see it as a strength to be able to help each other to dare to be curious about new ways of working. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Before employment, an extract from the police's criminal record is required.

Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.

Working hours/Duration

Part-time 50% in combination with work at Myranskolan, full-time employment can be offered, permanent employment. Probationary period may be applied.
