Höken implements the intervention daily employment according to LSS.

Work tasks

Höken's daily activities work with users who have interventions according to LSS. The role of the educator is to work on the basis of each user's needs/assumptions/interests to develop the ability and possibility of independence and participation in society through properly designed support, guidance and pedagogy. You are responsible for educational planning in consultation with other employees and the unit manager. The service includes collaboration/exchange of experience with other educators within LSS in order to develop pedagogical working methods/methods. Your work also includes caring for the users.

Qualifications

You have a university/college education as a leisure educator/special educator or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Education and experience in the LSS field is of great importance, as well as personal suitability and work experience.

Other requirements

Driving license B is a requirement

Full-time, permanent employment.
