Rosen implements the intervention daily employment according to LSS.
Work tasks
Rosen's daily activities work with users who have interventions according to LSS. The role of the educator is to work based on each user's needs / conditions / interests to develop the ability and opportunity for independence and participation in society through properly designed support, guidance and pedagogy. You are responsible for educational planning in consultation with other employees and the unit manager. The service includes collaboration/exchange of experience with other educators within LSS in order to develop pedagogical working methods/methods. Your work also includes care of the users.
Qualifications
You have a university / college education as a support educator, leisure educator / special educator or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Education and experience in the field of LSS is of great importance as well as personal suitability and work experience.
- Driving license B is a requirement
- Extracts from the criminal record are required
