Work tasks:

• Contribute to the planning of daily activities in the department
• Contribute to the implementation of the department's goals and plans in accordance with the kindergarten's overall laws and regulations
• Contribute to good parental cooperation
• Contribute to a good and safe play and learning environment for all children
• Contribute to the practical work in the department, and in the kindergarten in general
• Participate and contribute to department meetings, staff meetings, parent meetings, guidance meetings, etc.m.

Qualifications:

• Completed child and youth worker with professional certificate, or other relevant experience
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Relational skills
• Requirement for approved police certificate

• Committed, present and sensitive in interaction with children
• Capable of listening and taking others' perspectives, reflecting and making decisions
