
Biri Care Center was built in 2021 and is a beautiful building with modern technology. Biri Care Center contains a nursing home, book collective, adapted services and ordinary home services, day center and café. With its rural location, the center's beautiful café and surrounding area is ideal for residents, staff and visitors. The care center is centrally located between Gjøvik, Lillehammer and Hamar.
The care center houses a nursing home with 16 long-term places, two residential collectives with 16 places each for people with dementia, 10 care apartments and a department for outpatient services for users living at home with postal addresses in Biri and Biristrand.
The building has modern technology, which will enable staff to customize services around the individual patient. We use welfare technology for current users at the care center and users associated with the home service. We are looking for nurses who are interested in how welfare technology can be useful and help to work smarter. We want an environment with collaboration, where we together find solutions for the benefit of our service users.
The ambulatory service consists of a large group of nurses, health professionals, assistants and has a good working environment. The department provides health care and assistance to people living at home according to the Act on Health and Care Services in the municipality, based on individual decisions to users of all ages.
Patient safety is a focus area. Strengthen expertise and facilitate that users can live at home as long as possible.

Work tasks:Provide health care in the home according to users' decisions and the service area's governing documents.
Protect the user's rights in collaboration with the user, relatives and others, through primary contact and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Documentation in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
