
Health clinic services in Gjøvik Municipality are organized under the Child and Family Services sector and are part of the Child and Family Services division, along with the Family Team, Ung i Gjøvik, the PP Service, and Shared Housing and Inclusion. The health clinic services have their own director and approximately 27 full-time equivalents and 30 employees. We provide services to pregnant women, children, and youth, as well as their families, through prenatal care, the 0–5-year-old health clinic, the school health service, and the youth health clinic. In addition, we offer travel vaccinations and are responsible for infection control in collaboration with the municipal chief medical officer.
The health clinic in Gjøvik Municipality is located in City Hall alongside several of the other child and youth services. The health clinic service is organized into specialized teams based on their areas of work.
