Description of the workplace:

Our tailored services encompass a wide range of services for many different user groups, and we have strong professional expertise with an interdisciplinary approach in both management and our staff. We are expanding and currently need to recruit one new employee with a bachelor’s degree in social care.

Shift Schedule: The position involves day and evening shifts, as well as working every third weekend.

We are Sørbyen 2: We consist of a co-located residential facility and a mobile team serving people with various disabilities.

We are currently in the process of settling a new resident into our residential facility, so you will be part of a team working specifically with this resident—creating structure in their daily life and helping to build the care system around them. We are a residential facility with a well-established care system and are continuously working to improve it.

We also have an outreach team that provides hourly-based services such as in-home guidance, mental health support, and coordination between services. We offer tailored training for children. Both the residential facility and the outpatient team work closely with the habilitation service.

We look forward to welcoming you to our team.

  • Develop plans for individual users, including Individual Plans, individual goals, and interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant continuing education and experience working with this user group are a plus, but training will be provided.

  • Must have a good command of Norwegian, both spoken and written.

  • Knowledge of the Health and Care Services Act, the Patient Rights Act, and goal-oriented environmental work/goal-setting and intervention work.
