Description of the workplace:

The learning environment team is an outward-looking guidance team that is part of the Upbringing sector. The team works in line with the upbringing strategy in Gjøvik municipality, where relationship and dialog are central. The team supports kindergartens and schools in their work for a safe and good kindergarten and school environment, where early intervention is particularly emphasized. The learning environment team acts on behalf of kindergartens and schools in collaboration with PPT and other departments in Oppvekst.

Tasks:

  • Guidance and support at system, group and individual level
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining safe kindergarten and school environments
  • Close collaboration with all stakeholders in kindergartens and schools

Qualifications:

  • Approved kindergarten teacher or teacher education
  • Relevant professional expertise in guidance and experience from kindergarten and/or school
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations and planning
  • Knowledge of current research and development in the field

Personal qualities:

  • Good collaboration skills and a high degree of relationship skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to be solution and development oriented
  • Good system understanding
  • Personal suitability will be given great importance

Requirement for approved police certificate
