There is a need for on-call temps who can work shifts on weekdays, weekends, holidays and vacations. The working hours are shifts with day, evening and night work and there is a need for on-call temps for all types of shifts.

As an on-call temp, you can contribute with tasks such as:

• Basic care (hygiene, dressing and nutrition)

• Observation and assessment of patient/user health status

• Follow up on vital measurements, sampling and assist with health care after training

• Follow up surveys, screenings and registrations (e.g.. (e.g. drinking/diuresis, behavioural registration, patient safety)

• Assist with mobilization, transfer and activation.

• Practical assistance such as Practical assistance such as cleaning, handling and heating dinner and support in daily activities

• Contribute to a safe, active and meaningful environment for patients/users
  

• Documentation in line with current routines

• Collaboration with colleagues, relatives and other professional groups

The work tasks will vary somewhat between outpatient home care services, day care centers and nursing homes, and the tasks you can contribute with will depend on what kind of expertise and experience you have.

Who are we looking for?

• Who are undergoing health care education, health care professionals, nurses/nurse practitioners and others with relevant expertise and / or experience who would like to work as an on-call substitute

• Have a warm commitment to people with the ability to put patients / users' needs in focus

• Are flexible, responsible and collaborative

• Contributes positively to the work environment

• You should be over 18 years old.

• For health professionals, approved authorization is required
  

• You must have a good command of Norwegian, both orally and in writing (min B2 level) and have good communication skills

• Police certificate without remarks must be presented
  

• Must have a driver's license class. B in ambulatory home services
