Description of the workplace:

We are looking for a committed social worker in a permanent position who is passionate about making a difference for adults and aging people with various disabilities.
Turnus: The position has a day/evening shift and currently works every 4 weekends.
Currently, the position is associated with adapted services Haugtun 3.
Haugtun 3 consists of 2 centrally located co-located full-time staffed homes that provide services to people with various disabilities in different age groups.
Tasks:
- Varied tasks such as practical assistance, training, guidance and health care for people with different and complex needs.
- Assist users with activities and tasks that contribute to a better and active everyday life, with a focus on self-determination, habilitation and coping.
- Ensure user participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues at work and other support services.
- Participate in meetings internally and with partners.
- Collaborate with relatives.
- Develop targeted plans for individual users, including surveys, individual goals and measures.
- Guidance and training for colleagues, students and pupils.
Qualifications:
- Nurse with authorization, social worker, occupational therapist and other relevant college education in health and social care.
- Relevant further education in targeted environmental work and experience from the user group is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Good written and oral presentation skills.
- Competence in the use of computer tools and record keeping.
- Knowledge of and interest in targeted environmental work and behavioral analysis is an advantage.
- Police certificate without remarks must be presented.
