About us:

H2 Green Steel is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2 emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. But this is just the beginning – our expertise in green hydrogen will enable us to decarbonize other industries in addition to steel, and we look forward to what’s next in store for us.

Training Coordinator

We are looking for aTraining Coordinator to our P&O team in Boden. The Training coordinator willplan and coordinate onboarding and training programs ensuring that people, tools and facilities are at the right place at the right time. The Training Coordinator will lead our employee development initiatives through hosting onboarding, training events and educational programs for the employees within H2GS Boden.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training activities such as onboarding, internal and external trainings, industry certifications and supplier trainings
  • Manage training logistics for both external and internal sessions including scheduling of resources, spaces, tools
  • Host and to some extent conduct training events and programs.
  • Collaborate with the organization to identify and assess training needs.
  • Assess training effectiveness and impact on employee skills.
  • Research and stay up to date within the work area.
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees and continuously improve our processes.
  • Keep the training calendar updated to ensure that we have the right trainings at the right time
  • Manage administration of the Learning management system and other systems that supports training activities and to deliver training status reports

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • 2+ years of experience from coordinating training programs
  • Very good organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong self-leadership and a talent to make things happen
  • Strong pedagogical and communication skills.
  • A team player with energy and drive.
