Parkgården Ward 2 is a long-term ward with 28 residents. Here we work every day to create security, dignity and quality of life. As a health professional, you will be an important part of a professionally strong and committed team, organized in two work teams, with long shifts on weekends. We place great emphasis on collaboration, user involvement and seeing the resources in each individual - whether they are residents, relatives or colleagues.

As a healthcare professional/specialized healthcare professional with us, you will have a central role in providing comprehensive care to residents, in line with applicable laws, regulations and professional guidelines. You will actively contribute to ensuring safety, dignity and quality in daily care, with a focus on the individual's needs and resources.
You will work closely with colleagues, interdisciplinary agencies and volunteers to provide comprehensive and coordinated services. In meetings with residents and relatives, you are an important relationship builder, and contribute to good communication, trust and participation.
Documentation is a natural part of everyday work, and you ensure professionally sound and up-to-date documentation in the Gerica system, which supports quality and continuity in the services.
We are looking for you who are an authorized health professional or specialist health professional. You have an interest in the field and preferably experience of working in health and care services.
You have a good command of Norwegian, both orally and in writing, and have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, relatives and colleagues.
Furthermore, you have basic digital skills, and experience of using ICT tools in documentation and interaction. Knowledge of the Gerica system is desirable.
We are looking for you who have good collaboration skills, while working independently and taking responsibility in everyday work. You are flexible, solution-oriented and contribute to good flow in the services, even when everyday life is busy.
You are motivated, committed and structured, with a desire to contribute to both professional quality and a good working environment. Furthermore, you have good communication skills, and are able to create trust and good relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues.
