The position is part of a rota with day/evening work and work every 3rd weekend. One position has long shifts every 3rd weekend

We offer:

  • A separate salary ladder for social care nurses in rotation - kr 35,000 above the guaranteed salary in the main collective agreement

Work tasks

  • Contribute to professional development through colleague guidance and close cooperation in the staff group
  • Coordinate and collaborate interdisciplinary with internal and external actors in a varied and busy workday
  • Fulfill the role of primary and secondary contact for the residents

  • Perform targeted environmental work with a focus on coping and quality of life
  • Collaborate closely with relatives
  • Plan, implement and evaluate measures

  • Maintain responsibility related to drug management

We are looking for you who have the following qualifications

  • Authorized social worker, students (with expected authorization summer 2026) are also welcome to apply
  • Relevant experience in targeted environmental work and knowledge of the Health and Care Services Act chapter 9 is an advantage
  • Knowledge of epilepsy and health care follow-up
  • Ability to build good relationships and interact with relatives and other collaborative bodies
  • Good Norwegian skills, both written and oral
  • Good digital skills, preferably experience with Gerica and EQS
  • Valid work and residence permit
  • Driver's license class B
