The position is part of a shift with work day/evening and every 3rd weekend.

Tasks

  • Contribute to professional development through colleague guidance and close cooperation in the staff group
  • Coordinate and collaborate interdisciplinary with internal and external actors in a varied and busy workday
  • Initiate and follow up systematic professional and quality development work
  • Perform targeted environmental work with a focus on coping and quality of life
  • Have an overall professional guidance responsibility for residents, colleagues and relatives
  • Ensure good documentation in the professional system Gerica
  • Assume responsibility for drug management

Qualifications

  • Norwegian authorization as a social worker
  • Experience with work aimed at relatives, as well as collaboration with networks around the user
  • Experience from working with the relevant target group, including targeted environmental work
  • Good and in-depth knowledge of services for people with disabilities
  • Experience from, and/or good understanding of, municipal health service
  • Knowledge of and experience with work according to chapter 9 of the Health and Care Services Act
  • Knowledge of and experience with follow-up of people with epilepsy
  • Knowledge of and experience with medication management
  • Good ICT skills, preferably with experience from the professional systems Gerica and EQS
  • Valid work and residence permit in Norway
  • Driver's license class B

  • Hamar municipality has a need for nurses and offers those who want to work and live in the municipality the opportunity to apply for a start-up loan for housing. To apply, you must have at least 50% permanent employment as a nurse or social worker, or have been offered a position and must accept it. The start-up loan can only be used to buy a home in Hamar municipality. You do not need equity to get a start loan, and you can borrow 100% of the purchase price.
