Are you looking for a weekend job where you are truly appreciated?
Hamar, Norge
Type of Employment Part-time
Job position Nursing or social care student / Health care worker / Assistant
Work model On location
Application due date 7 June 2026
Are you the one?

Then you may be a perfect fit with us.

At Kløverenga, 24 residents live in their own care apartments - just like at home, but with fewer stairs, more friendly neighbors and a team of staff who are on hand around the clock.

Relationships are important to us. All residents have their primary contact, and both residents and relatives know who they can go to when something is needed - whether it's something simple, or something a little more... unexpected.

We are looking for you who are a nursing or social work student, health care worker - or a confident and committed assistant with relevant experience.
The position involves working every third weekend.

Why choose us? At Kløverenga you get:

  • Colleagues who cheer you on, support you - and laugh with you (in the nice way)
  • Residents who appreciate you, even on days they can't quite remember your name
  • A job where no two days are exactly the same - but everyone matters

If you enjoy working with people and appreciate the little moments that make a difference:
Send us an application - we look forward to hearing from you!

Work tasks

With us, you become an important part of the everyday lives of people who need you. You provide care that complies with both current requirements and what you know is right for the individual. During a shift, you work closely with colleagues from different disciplines

You document your work in Gerica, so that everyone who follows up the residents has the information they need. What you do simply contributes to making our services safe, predictable and really good.

First and foremost, you help to ensure that every patient and user receives services that are both dignified and warm

Qualifications

  • We are looking for you who are either an authorized health professional, a student nurse/nurse, or an assistant with relevant experience, which is useful when interpreting both patient needs and your colleague's half-finished sentences
  • You are comfortable with ICT tools, and if you also have knowledge of Gerica, that gives you bonus points
  • Personal suitability means a lot to us. In other words: We like people who face the day with a smile, a dose of patience and the ability to solve unexpected situations without googling "how to be an adult."
  • You must have a valid work and residence permit.

Personal qualities

  • You work well with others, which is handy when we actually have to work together. At the same time, you are flexible, independent and responsible.
  • You are also motivated and committed, and you even manage to keep the structure somewhat intact throughout the day.
  • You're a good communicator - both when you have plenty of time, and when you need to summarize something important on your way through the corridor.
  • And you contribute to a good working environment and high attendance. In other words: you show up, you do your job, and you make the rest of us believe that we're pretty tidy people too.

We offer - in brief

A professional environment that is both exciting and varied, with colleagues who make the working day enjoyable. You get good training and guidance, and a position that requires flexibility - but which also gives you a lot of flexibility in return.
