Hamar, Norge
Type of Employment Full-time
Job position Social Care Worker
Work model On location
Application due date 9 August 2026
Are you the one?

Reliable. Dedicated. Professionally strong.
Does this sound like you? Then you could be our new social care worker.

Adapted Services (TT) consists of shared living communities organized into self-managed work teams. We are committed to creating a meaningful daily life for our clients, ensuring strong client participation, and continuously improving the professional quality of our services.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys challenges and thrives in a multidisciplinary environment. You’re not afraid to engage in professional discussions, are thoughtful in your work, and contribute positively to the team. If you also have a cheerful disposition, a twinkle in your eye, and the ability to pitch in when needed, you’ll be a great fit for us.

The position involves a rotating schedule with long shifts and work every third weekend. The work can at times be both mentally and physically demanding, so it is an advantage if you are in good physical health to handle the demands of the job. We especially encourage men to apply.

Hamar Municipality offers a separate pay scale for nurses, social care workers, and employees with a 3-year degree in health and social sciences who are required to pursue further specialization. This entails a supplement of NOK 35,000 on top of the guaranteed wage in the main collective bargaining agreement for shift work.

If you move to Hamar in connection with starting work with us, you can also apply for a starter loan for housing. This can enable you to finance the entire purchase price without any down payment. See more information under “What We Offer.”

Are you a little curious now? That’s a good sign—send us your application!
