Solvang School is a primary school located in Smeby, about 2 km from Hamar city center. The school is centrally located in relation to sports facilities, forest and city. The school currently has about 200 pupils and 90 pupils in SFO. There are approximately 35 employees at the school. Solvang school works systematically with community didactics, so that students experience play, learning, mastery and well-being in an inclusive learning environment.

We are looking for you who want to help lead the school for the benefit of all students and staff. You will be the rector's deputy and part of Hamarskolan's leadership network.

Tasks

• Ensure a safe, good and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Have a special responsibility for cooperation with teachers and parents related to Chapter 12 of the Education Act
• Contribute to further developing a collaborative teaching practice
• Run administrative tasks at the school, in collaboration with the school's other management
• Be responsible for daily staffing and managing the school's resources in line with the school's framework
  

Qualifications

• Relevant pedagogical education
• Desirable with leadership experience or interest in leadership in schools
• Experience with quality development and educational development work
• Good written and oral presentation skills
• Have good digital skills
